AVA Assessment Plans

There are two primary plans available for an individual or organization to effectively utilize the AVA® Behavioral Assessment System. Each plan is made to fulfill particular needs for using an assessment.

Per-Assessment

  • Use on an as needed basis.

  • Invoiced monthly per completed AVA(s).

  • Platform access to administer assessments and view reports.

  • No minimum assessments required monthly or annually.

  • View unlimited reports on the individual, position and team.

  • Our AVA® Analyst provides consultation on AVA® or JDA results (internal AVA® Analyst not required).

  • Job Demands Analysis (JDA) development.

  • Create customized report sets.

  • Add logo to reports and assessments.

  • ATS integration (may incur additional cost).

Unlimited Assessments

  • Unlimited AVA and/or JDA assessments.

  • Invoiced a fixed annual fee.

  • Platform access to administer assessments and view reports.

  • No minimum assessments required monthly or annually.

  • View unlimited reports on the individual, position and team.

  • One internal certified AVA®Analyst required to interpret AVA® results.

  • Job Demands Analysis (JDA) development.

  • Create customized report sets.

  • Add logo to reports and assessments.

  • ATS integration (may incur additional cost).

AVA Partnership Program

Do you provide a service or a product within a specific market that could be effectively complemented by the comprehensive AVA® Assessment? An AVA® Partner would be able to provide the AVA® to their clients on a per-assessment basis. We work with each AVA® Partner to customize solutions that fit their needs.
